I need help. I can't lose weight.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This sounds stupid but you got to eat a lot to lose weight.

Hi, I had the same problem. My weight just refused to budge. Finally I ignored the weight and just kept walking just to get the sweats out. After 3 months of daily walking (about 3 km per day), my weight started to go down. I lost 6 kg in the next 3 months. Now I am back on a plateau ie my weight wont budge again. Sigh!
