Hi, Catherine-Mn! Thank you for your comment. I made it with “Okara” which is pulps of soy bean. Soy milk is made with soy beans. After squeezing beans, pulp is left. It has so much protein and fiber. You can check by Google.

To Catherine-Mn, There are many Asian grocery stores near my house. I think it is difficult to find it if your area doesn’t have any Asian market. However, I found the recipe looks like same kind, but no using Okara. Go to dietdoctor.com
