Yesterday was a ho-hum day. I didn't stick to my program as good as I wanted to, but I did get a lot of exercise. I played 9 holes of golf in the morning, I took my dog for 3 walks, then I bowled 3 make-up games. It is a beautiful day today, 70 and sunshine. I have taken my dog out for a walk twice already. It is kind of spooky at 6:30 am because it is still dark outside, so I didn't walk her very far. The 2nd walk at 8:30 was a lot nicer.
We bowl again tonight in our regular league. It is good exercise and we love the friendly but competitive folks we bowl with. I am back to counting carbs seriously.
