Well this is not going good. But had my physical this morning. Blood work, blood pressure all good. My Ekg was normal. Doctor was not concerned about weight. I have acid reflux bad. So I have to try to give up coffee. Man that is my passion and will be hard. Will try to start with one cup a day and go from there. I go back in January so maybe I'll have some luck with the weight reduction. Everybody have a great day, and be happy.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

to avoid the caffeine withdrawal headaches I use 5 hour, I can't handle the other types as they have stuff that negatively effect me. It might help stop those afternoon headaches when they hit.

Yeah, like Baskington said 5 hours energy drinks are pretty good to kill caffeine headaches. GNC also has a version that is mostly vitamin B that I can get here in Mexico but should be available in the States as well. When I had a commission for my gallery I would buy a bunch of the 5 hour drinks as coffee may be good for a temporary spike in energy but the crashes later were debilitating. The 5 hour drinks kept me going without the hard crash later.

Thanks for the advise. I plan on decaf. I don't drink coffee for the caffeine, I drink it for the taste. I just can't do the chemicals in the 5 hour stuff. I try to stay natural. So far past 2 days with the 1-12 oz cup of decaf has satisfied me. I usually have coffee all day like 3 - 20 oz cups.. Time will tell.
