Not sure what’s up here. Counselor says it may be due to depression. I don’t feel depressed at the moment. I also don’t feel happy. Just middle of the road I guess. I’m constantly hungry until dinner and then I just don’t want to eat. Not even my favorite junk. Fiber one bar sitting here, love them, yet can’t make myself eat it. If I stay up another hour or so I will however ;). For some reason I’m just not hungry in the evenings right now. Won’t complain but I was planning on an increase for muscle gain. Guess I’ll just see what the body wants for awhile ;).
