My dinner was a sweet carb fest. I did it eyes wide open & within my calories limits, but I feel like I blew it. My partner ate a whole pint of Haagen Dazs vanilla Swiss almond; I guess I fell into an old pattern. Fresh raspberries on nonfat Greek frozen yogurt wasn't bad, but thin I had a Skinny Cow mint chocolate ice cream sandwich (150 cals, not bad, ) then some dried plums.

I am worn out physically & mentally. I'll sleep well tonight & tomorrow will be all fresh and new.
