ok ok ok
I've got this! I'm feeling like I'm in control and making healthy changes again. I beat myself up all the time but really I'm smart and able to do this!!!😁😁😁
229.0 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
