So excited to have found my groove with this LCHF/Keto WOE. No more diets...just a new way! It is by far the easiest thing for me to follow. I even stalled a few weeks ago for about 3 weeks consistently. In the past, I would have given up. But, this time I really had no desire to abandon ship! I am really surprised at how much my mindset has changed. I very rarely have a desire to cheat, and I am a PASTA girl through and through!!! I have tried every diet it seems, I have yo yo'd with the best of them and I am doing this. So, when I say you can do this if I can, I wholeheartedly believe that this is completely doable for anyone! Friends encouraged me to jump on the keto bandwagon and it took me a couple weeks to finally make a commitment. I just knew there was no way I could do without bread, pasta, rice or potatoes... not to mention all the other stuff that is loaded with carbs that I had no idea. It just takes a little bit of time to educate yourself...and I mean a little bit and the rest you learn as you go. So, let me say it one more time...IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU!!! Find what works for you and kick it's ass!

So glad you're excited about this WOE - one key piece of advice (been doing it for 15 months or so)... since you'll never (entirely) be able to escape CARBS, try to consume those with the highest amounts of fiber (because: total CARBS minus FIBER equals NET CARBS).
