scale did not move at all, worked really hard this week, cut down but think with new schedule eating too lateā€¦ I will have to stop eating after 7pm no matter how late I work, see if it tips the scale in the right direction...
210.0 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
