(week 26th) I have stopped doing what is necessary for my weight loss for the past 3ish weeks because of stress related to my health. but I cant keep going down that road just because of stress especially during this time. so I'm surprised that I'm at the weight I am today cause it was back up to 297 just last week 😑
292.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 142.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
