1. Why did you post in English in the beginning 2. How did you lose so much weight after all? What’s your method? 

I used to live in the 🇬🇧 back in the days and fat secret had like only American members. Living in Germany now and I’m just too lazy to post in English 😅 I don’t have a real method. I just eat very little and move a lot (Trx, yoga, Pilates, skating, dancing...) 

ok :-) haha bin Amerikanerin darum war ich neugierig! Versuche meine Familie in U.S.A. zu animieren auch mitzumachen bei fs, aber irgendwie checkts keiner... Die könnten auch mit mir WhatsAppen, machen sie auch nicht. Is auch ein bischen blöd mit der Zeitverschiebung aber naja...
