So i joined a challenge today that i'm hoping will help me out a little. It's to loose 40 lbs in 12 weeks. I'm hoping i'll be able to do it but i'm sceptical. Can i ever loose that much weight! and if i do, how do i keep it off when i go back to school in the fall?
