I am eating too much. Yes it is cooler and I am hibernate-eating but I need to get it under control. I went to my first hot yoga class yesterday. I cannot balance on one foot. Period! But I loved it and I will go again. I am going to get fruits and veg prepped and into the fridge today for fast food.
