Ok... It's official ... 31-day challenge to get my ass in gear starts today... My vk is sept 21.. So I need to get it together.. Gained of course after a week of no tracking or real exercise... So as of now my goals will be no less than 4 days of exercise per week... Reducing sugars.. And NO CHEAT DAYS!!!.. Man.. This will b tough!
186.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I had a tough time too with my leg and shoulder acting up, so I hear ya! Just get focussed and you'll own this. You know, like lay the smack down on that!! WooooPSSSSSH!!!
