Whew! What a work out at Karate- non stop movement for 1 hour straight then sparring for 30 mins! I must say that this eating healthy is better than I thought it would be. I have more energy, and shocker of all shockers... I haven't had heartburn since I began eating right!! Good-bye maalox!!! still having a little trouble making sure I have enough fiber- some days I do great and others I just don't quite make it to 20 g- but I'll get there! can't wait to take a measurement on saturday to see what my week 1 results are!
