Almost the same weight for the last 2 weeks...Plateau?

I don't think so...I know I've been falling off the wagon and getting on more than a few times this last couple of weeks, I tried to justify it by saying it's a party, or a wedding or whatever...if one has the will, one does what is needed to be strong in the face of temptations.
But truth be told, If it wasn't for the gym and exercise I've been doing my weight could've been easily 3 or 4 pounds more than what it is, maybe even more.

Although last week I decided to advance to phase 3 of the diet; I am now, thansks to all I've read here, more aware of what, how and when to eat, and I will incorporate that knowledge into my lifestyle.

I will stop the cal counting for a few weeks, give that a try and see if it works, I already kinda know the do's and dont's, so I hope I can take that "freedom" and make it an advantage.

I will also incorporate one thing I've read and liked so much that decided to always have in mind: "Eat smart and move more...it works!"

199.4 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

there will always be things coming our way that will tempt us to eat off plan. Its best to get a handle on them now so we can reach our goals and stay there. I am using The Secret JC, its a great book and now I am adding a WOT, seeing a loss, seeing me reach my goals, seeing me eating on plan even on weekends..lol. Eat smart move more and see success..if we put them all to action we will see our goals before we know it. Have a great day JC, I love your posts they are so supportive. :)
