I felt good after rearranging three bedrooms yesterday. Tired but a good kind of tired. Went to liveSTRONG this morning and ate lunch in town. Lots of calories but it’s worth it because I could load up on protein there. Came home and crashed for a ‘short nap’ that turned out to be 5 hours!! Guess it wiped me out more than I thought! I could sleep now but have to stay up to give the kitten her meds and my headache wouldn’t allow me to get to sleep easily until the Advil kicks in.

Need a bit more protein but eggs for dinner had me stuffed! Fried eggs bacon and toast has always been a meal that fills me up and keeps me full for a few hours. Didn’t stick to the 1200 which is my ‘goal’ but did stay under 1500 which is my top end of the daily goal. I plan to allow for a 1700-1800 calorie day so I’m happy that it looks like I’ll get to save it for the weekend! (Today and Friday tends to be my big eating days during the week because of workouts.

Didn’t burn as much as I’d hoped today. Infected ingrown toenail so I’m thankful I could do what I did! And yesterday moving furniture and boxes probably took care of the extra 200 I’d have burned today. The nap meant less calories burned today BUT I hope it means a bit of muscle growth. Just wish I could know for sure what gains I’m having and what losses to BF%. Trainer is a lovely person but doesn’t seem to really be in it to figure this stuff out.
