Sooo...
It’s taken me a while to come back on here because like always I am starting again. I had an allergy appointment and found out that in addition to my seafood allergy, a beef allergy has now presented itself. I was on Keto and had lost a significant amount of weight but after hearing about my allergy I started stress eating and you guessed it, I am back to 230. Ugh! Why do I do this to myself? Now it seems like I am limited to chicken, turkey, pork and ham - unless I develop allergies to those too. Considering becoming a vegetarian but I love meat. What to do? What to do? I fear that I may become tired of just Chicken and veggies. Any suggestions out there? Pray that I find my control again and stick to it this time.
230.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it may also be histamines, well aged foods can do that. but then there are other foods with histamines too. what are your symptoms with beef and how did they check?? When I had allergy testing done years ago, my entire back lite up. obviously we knew I was not allergic to everything, but I had a lot of food sensitivities. Bloodwork I had recently was limited in range, but a lot of things I can no longer have.
