So yeah... I disappeared for almost 3 weeks and I'm very ashamed... I completely avoided my goals and it's my fault. I need to take responsibility for my actions and get back on track. I did pretty okay today... I think the issue is going grocery shopping - If i have the appropriate food i don't have to worry about gross campus food or eating out like i have been. My weigh in might be slightly elevated by a pound or so... We'll see tomorrow. I got back from the gym about an hour ago - i am soo pooped. One good thing about these past 3 weeks is that i met up with my personal trainer. Since february 8th I've lost 5.5 inches all over my body... I think thats a good accomplishment. I saw the most difference in my hips (yay :)). Some other good news is that my size 18 jeans are pretty loose... My size 16's are snug but they go up enough lol. I still dont feel comfortable wearing them in public, though. I think i need to focus on leg workouts a lot to get into them. My tummy and thighs are HUGE. Theyre my biggest problem areas... One day i'll get into a 14... I can't remember the last time i was... I think i was 12 or something (very sad, i know). Wish me luck!!

What a job with the inches!! It sounds like you beat yourself up enough now!!! So it is a new day & you are going to get back on the horse & focus! RIGHT??!! And stop thinking about what you should have done & think about what you are GOING to do! You have all your buddies rooting for you! I see a size 14 coming then the WORLD!! You go girl!! Glad to see you here again!! CHEERS!!!!
