So I've started yet another diet attempt. I think I'm around number 70 and really hope this one is going to stick. So far so good! My lunch and dinner looks and is much more appetizing. I even survived a visite to the McDonalds. I took a grilled ceasar salad with dressing and a bag of fruit and I very proud of myself.
