Day 1 of staying under my points since I failed yesterday. My problems is eating/snacking in the afternoon and evening. I always excercise, but love snacks. I was doing so well and then fell off. OUCH!!!! Back to setting examples for others especially since I am going to start teaching aerobics classes tomorrow. When I am weak, I need to say a prayer "God, help me not turn to food for fulfilling my boredom or emotional needs."
