So, I weighed today just because I felt like it. Not planning on recording it, because I usually only record on Fridays. Well, the scale says I gained 1.2 lbs since the 7th. Not sure how. I ate fine, and exercised okay. Oh well, hopefully by Friday I will be back down. Need to step workouts up I think.
