Stuck at 169.8! Glad I hit this stall under 170. It has been -forever- since I was at this weight. So, in the meantime, at least I reached a little mini goal I can be proud of. Stalls in weight loss are usually my downfall, but I am going to try to keep a positive outlook, see it through and make some changes if necessary. It is just so damn discouraging!

"Drop 2 Sizes in 12 Weeks" challenge starts today!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 August 2012:
950 kcal Fat: 35.17g | Prot: 50.40g | Carb: 110.99g.   Breakfast: Health Nut Wheat Bread, Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk, Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled). Lunch: Baby Spinach, Fancy Shredded Italian 6 Cheese Blend, Sun-Dried Tomato Spread, Portabella Mushrooms. Dinner: Lean Gourmet Chicken Alfredo Florentine. Snacks/Other: Golden Delicious Apples, 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla (Yoplait), Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk, Baby Spinach, Creamy Peanut Butter, Bananas, Pickled Egg, Tomato Basil String Cheese. more...

Just remember that a "stall" is just your body getting used to it's new size and making sure everything still operates/functions properly. I know it can be irritating and annoying, but little "maintenance pauses" like that can help you be sure to have more succes for the long haul.
