I normally can’t eat when I’m upset. It makes me sick. However there are times where I just want to binge on sweets. For some reason I focus on the treat and when done (eat slowly) I don’t feel so upset. Tonight was one of those nights. Was quite frustrated until I looked at my log and saw I had logged a protein shake and protein bar that I hadn’t eaten yet! So shake was sipped and half the bar is gone. Saving the other half for right before bed. Tummy growling and I can’t sleep when it growls. I need to remember to log snacks for the evening more often.

2nd day of school tomorrow. My youngest is in PreK. I planned today to be busy so I wouldn’t think about it or miss them too much. I didn’t plan for tomorrow. I’m afraid I’ll snack all day so I may have to eat a small sandwich for lunch, take a nap and then call a friend. She hates when I eat while talking to her so that’ll solve a snacking problem for 1-3 hours :). I’ll have to avoid snack time however. Today I took a bite of a corn dog without thinking about it (kiddo offered me a bite) and then grabbed a donut :/. Thankful that I had the calories to use but my macros are off.
