This diet is going steady. I am loving it! I have been keeping on track and watching the calorie intake. I have started reading the "Biggest Loser" book and have noticed that I should be only eating 1260 calories per day in order to lose weight. I am going to try it....see where it goes. Although, I think that may be a bit tough. 1400 seems to be the lowest I can go right now, and then I will work my way to 1260....
180.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
