i started exercising yesterday. i need to lose this weight. i looked into gyms but they dont have the classes that i want so i uploaded an app to lose belly fat & i might join weight watchers. my insurance pays for both so im taking advantage of it. theres a ww class 1 m. from me
231.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

What classes do you want? I suggest HIIT at least one (1) time a week followed with Conditioning & Strength 3 times a week. Group classes motivate you both with the attendance & challenge!!

Weight Watchers helped me to start my weight loss . Worked! Lost total of 5olbs.. I needed something and someone to motivate me.. I really enjoyed going to the meetings and see others around me working towards the same goals.. I think you will enjoy it..
