It feels so different for me to go through this journey of weight loss without being in my anorexic state...I'm doing this because I've been indulging in eating so much that I've reached the weight that I've never been at and which for me is crossing the line to being overweight. It's great but it's so different... I'm looking forward to see how I actually will loose my 4 lbs for this month... I guess the main difference is that I feel too happy and satisfied to restrict myself too much...
