Okay! I managed to drag myself out of bed and got on the treadmill for about 20 minutes. I did this run-walk thing at 3.3 on an incline of 2 or 3. It kicked my butt. I was a sweating all over the place...but you know what. As I was driving into work to get this last midnight shift over with; I realized that I felt great. Usually I am still tired and I'm ready to turn around and just go back to bed. An added bonus for the effort that I put forth. I can't wait until I start to see results.
