The rain has returned which has been missed but looking forward to some more sunshine.

I have broken the 13 st barrier and full steam ahead to my target ๐ŸŽฏ.

So no processed biscuits, cakes, bread, pies, pasta, rice and potatoes is doing the trick.

1800 calories a day and a 40/40/20 carb/fat/protein split is currently working.

181.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
