Good morning to all my friends!! I went to the gym last night and boy did I need it. It was such a great stress reliever!! I, of course, also got a really great workout. I have my voice coaching tonight, but I still might try and swing by the gym before I go. I feel like I'm getting back into everything so I don't want to lose any momentum. Tomorrow is back to boxing!! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!

Jaden, does boxing feel like an effective workout? I'm curious to try it. What's your favorite way to work out?

Boxing is an excellent workout...very effective. Also pilates and yoga are great for the arms,hips and legs. I would say working on the bag at the boxing gym and doing yoga are my favorite ways to workout. You get a really good sweat on and you feel so strong after.
