Today I am focused on water intake. A new job being girl Friday, for our new irrigation company and off to the gym. Hoping to stay focused. Also would like to do a little more research on evening out my hormones or situational depression. Or what is going on with me. Yesterday I triumphed over night eating and managed to go to bed hungry instead of a binge right before sleep. Not far down the road but working on Day 2.

being out and about in the sunshine will be good for you, exercise also really helps with evening out mood swings.
