Swakee's Journal, 19 July 2018

I think part of the reason my weight loss has slowed is because it's Summer. I work at a school. Although I still work at in Day Care over the Summer. I run around all day during the school year. I wasn't very hard to hit a calorie deficit. Just goes to show that the "little" things ad up.

My Cardio Nurse made a good point about water gain due to more salt usage in the summer. Never thought about that. Maybe watch the salt? I'm cutting raw sugars so salt has taken center stage. Could be the heat though :)
