I need to loose 6 lbs in 3 weeks 😫😫😫 not sure if I should just cut calories or eat decent calories and make sure to workout five days a week or more to pull this off

I've been on the Keto diet for 2 weeks and have lost a little over 4 lbs.

Make sure your calorie deficit is at least 1000 calories a day (7000 calories a week). That should drop about 2lbs a week

Thanks. Can you give me a daily example from first meal to last what a day if Leto looks like?? I’ve been doing low card ( 100g or less a day) for a long time now which seems to work but I can’t lose my last ten lbs. what would a day of Leto meals look like??

Cutting calories will make losing weight slow down. Eat reasonable calories and exercise more. Its more the macronutrients that you need to focus on not calories. Eat low-fat food and moderate carbs. Increase proteins as well
