Yesterday, Monday July 16, I had my standard WW breakfast at Copper Skillet: two poached eggs on one piece of dry wheat toast with 2 slices crisp bacon. BUT I also had some hash browns. Later on, I had some wine without measuring it, a standard amount, and then I had my fried chicken and pecan pie leftovers. Now that all the bad stuff is gone, I am back to dieting.
