Wow so I thought I was being good today. I went out with friends. Had naked unbreaded plain wings and side salad no dressing. Jack daniels with Diet Coke and then 2 shots of vodka later on. I’m no longer in Ketosis. 🤬😧😱😨💩 no freakin idea why. I mean my macros are terrible but I only ate 20 carbs and still got over 50% fat... not sure What I’m going to do :( This is so freakin unexpected I’m just in shock :( also my blood sugar is 100! I am so upset right now like what the f**ck??!!

So I fasted till 7:30 (about 23 hours) and my ketones went up to 2.5. Perhaps I can go back and forth in Ketosis...But anyway I did a lill research and it turns out that a lot of people see massive drops in ketones from diet soda. I only drink water, tea, and my life blood coffee so I had no idea. I also don’t sweeten the tea or coffee either.

I drank diet sodas and used artificial sweeteners in my coffee for a decade, literally, and only got fatter and fatter. Whenever I see “sugar free” I read poison! ☠️ (At least to my body anyway)
