After quitting smoking just over three years ago, have gained 30+ pounds and would like to get back to where I was previously. Doctor has suggested DASH diet for high blood pressure, which is new thing. Feel generally ok, but not happy at this weight.

Good diet. Just make sure to track. Weight loss may be slow, depending on your age. Glad you gave up smoking and good luck on your diet journey.
