I am dreaming about jellybeans, m&m’s, bounty, snickers and other delicious sweets. Double burger with chips, steaks,, pizza. But this is restricted area for 8 weeks, until my body fat won’t drop at 5%. It should be 67 kg. Less then 6 kg to go.
For me works: Breakfast: porridge, eggs & bread Lunch: sushi, chicken Dinner: protein shake. Around 1800 kcal
Cycling & gym 120 minutes
Total -600 kcal everyday Hungry just and only for few hours at evening.
