hi all bad news, i suffered a stroke a week ago. in hospital for 5 days. lost use of left hand and have facial numbness. but just like the weight loss i will make a come back. to all my great buds, please say a prayer for me. i hope all is well, and keep up the great work. i love you all. by the way i am maintaining the weight loss good. i feel great with the new bod.

HI. I'm so sorry to hear that you had a stroke. I've not been on the site for a while and haven't gotten caught up. I've been rather bad with my weight loss and avoiding the web site I guess.
