If you love chippies, you can replace them with pop corn.... NOT the supermarket microwave packages full of butter/margarine .... But with 1/3 cup plain kernels, and 1/4 tea spoon of oil then microwaved.... Then shake a shitload of chicken salt or whatever salt you like over it all.... I use ground Himalayan salt with black pepper and tobasco type sauce...... That gives you a MASSIVE bowl full with about 180-220 calories, compared to about 500+ calories with Monster Chippies.
