Only down 1lb no sugar,dairy or processed foods while being very active. Discouraged. My diet is mostly raw I don't get it

I would be very happy with a 1 lb. Loss. I can only lose up to 3 lbs. In a month. I am probably much older but you have done very well do far. So don't despair you are going In the right direction.

as you get closer to your goal weight it takes longer to get those drops, fat does not weigh much compared to muscle. so while you could be changing measurements it just doesn't show up on the scale as quickly. I am going through the same thing. only 11 pounds to go.
