You have to laugh while reading the past posts! If you read long enough, I repeat myself - same issues, just different days.
I am still doing pretty good about the one Dew, substituting the rest of the day with CL or water or tea. The snacking has changed some as well. Maybe it's the heat, but I feel like I'm in better control of how much I'm eating. Work is still a challenge (in all areas of my life). The kids move back to college - one in two weeks, the other the week after - looking forward to having my house back. Looking forward to being able to walk without disturbance, without having to clean up the area first.
DH is going to Canada for three weeks straight. Hopefully I can lose some weight and make the walking a habit again. we are talking about a mini-vaca at the end of September and maybe visiting some caves = a lot of walking! and hiking, so I need to get back in sync with walking so when we do go, I can enjoy it and be able to keep up.
