tired... working hard...
I want to eat... alot.. i can't seem to get satisfied.
I am not turning back... just whining and putting it "out there"
It will pass.. meh. After 4 weeks... I am kinda maxing out on the salad and need to re-invent my eating ... whimper...
ugh... aren't I pitiful?

Whoa, honey, your calories are way too low. No wonder why you are so hungry. I know women need 1500-1800 calories a day. Men should need closer to 2000. Up your calories and make sure your fat% is between 60-70 as this will help you feel full longer.

Those beef sausage snacks really are filling, add calories, and fat, and only have 1 gram of carbs in 6 of them. Add some cheese (hard, no carb), baby dill snack'ems pickles and olives, and you have a fast and easy snack at about 3 grams of carbs. I put it all into a plastic baggie, and put it in my apron pocket when I am mowing, power washing, or just about any chores. Fast and easy, and easy on the carb count. Very filling also. God bless.
