I have friends that have lost a lot faster on this diet - but I'm trying not to get frustrated. After all - I feel a lot better than I did at the beginning of January and I am even sleeping better. I have lost a total of about 9 lbs in a month. That's not so bad, right???
261.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's not bad at all. Just keep at it and you'll continue to see results. Not everyone loses at the same rate so you really shouldn't compare yourself to others. I know that is much easier said than done! Keep up the good work!
