Ok so the deal is I've lost 3.4 in 3 days - My goal is to be 110 by Augest 14. That's alot to lose in a short time, but I'm eating very strict and I'm training hard with a lot of water intake - more than I've ever drank in my life I think. This means I have to lose just shy of a pound every day. Its day 3 and I am sore - but still upbeat - I'm going to grab onto positivity today and work harder than day 1 and 2. I need to stop and grab my protein shakes today because I am missing my post workout fuel- and I know my muscles can use a little help repairing - I can feel it today bigtime. I am already starting to feel results and nothing is more rewarding than that. Off to eat my eggwhites and veggies - looking forward to it...
