10.0 hrs sleep, 7.5 hrs CPAP, 4.0 fatigue, RNeck 2, Joints 4;
Again, another 10 hr sleep night. sleep is good, but I need to improve starting>ending times. Get to bed right after RM3, will be difficult. Means NO work of any kind at night. . . . Good CPAP adherence, but I feel more fatigue this am. Is it b/c I didn't resist band exercise yesterday? BM, first in 2-3 days. Fiber intake has been much higher recently, I suspect that is cause. RNeck pretty good>> less stress? more sleep?? diet? exercise? diet+exercise??? Really not sure, but if it continues, will make nerve block 'interesting'.
