Did 8/16 yesterday- hadn't gotten on scale since back from vacation/trip last Thursday. Not super disappointed but was hopeing a little lower.
May try for 1000 today per Venus, or 1500 per Venus book. Then Wednesday an 'eat up' day to 2000. I'll do 10 min walk or row machine- not strenuous but a start.
Next Tuesday I may decrease the window, but I want to give this one a chance. It does work well for a lot of folks. Also will go to the 3day then eat up then 4 day then eat up for 2 weeks then alternate back for the full 12 weeks. Whew. I may need to do it one more time before I can stay at maintenance but I am excited to have a plan I can live with.
245.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
