The fast is going well - as is the extra exercise of having to come downstairs in the night to use a loo, lol. I've decided that while I'm fasting I'll not be opening pictures of people's food.

Haha.. I do that, but then end up sleeping on the sofa as I can’t get back upstairs to bed with the hip bursitis, leaving the hr phone upstairs with the activity tracker 😉😊
