today was my first day of starting the cleanse.. yesterday (Tuesday) all i ate was a small plate of chinese food the entire.. the day before (Wednesday) i ate one piece of fried chicken a serving of mashed potatoes and a biscuit the entire day. for some reason, i just was not hungry. obviously i havent had anything to eat, just the cleanse and also a tea that was recommended along with the cleanse.. i'm still exercising every day, keeping up with my challenges. Hope i can continue the cleanse!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
