well today is my first day back on plan.. there is no way I will make my goal of under 200 by my daughters birthday.. but life got in the way. I am bummed but I shall carry on. We are all still suffering from this intestinal/stomach problem. My daughter threw up first thing this morning and my son is still having intestinal distress if you know what I mean. I was extremely queasy yesterday and was sure I was going to toss my cookies for like 14 hours yesterday. I had stomach cramps and just general misery. :) I feel much better today and more in charge of my life.. I ordered some cute t-shirts to get excited about wearing. I hope you all are doing well I have been out of it for so long.. I cant wait to get to your journals.
