Yesterday I ate a double cheeseburger with no bun and then for dinner I had this chicken bacon gouda recipe that I got from this website. It was freakin good! I might make it again tonite! Anyway, for the most part I followed my no/low carb thing. I lost 3 lbs...yeah baby!! The beginning weight it a typo..it should say 154...today I am 151!! YAY!!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
